1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Hygiene-sensitive items (such as cloths, storage pouches, or similar accessories) must remain unopened.

Product defects or damage must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
Items that are used, worn, stained, or returned without complete packaging may be refused.
LA FashionLoft reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Procedure
To request a return, please email support@lafashionloft.com with:

Order number

Full name and shipping address

Reason for return

Photo evidence (for damaged or defective items)
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Unauthorized or unsolicited returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Fees (Required Clause)

If the return is caused by the customer (change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), LA FashionLoft will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers may choose their preferred courier.
We recommend a trackable service, as lost return shipments cannot be refunded.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds exclude:

Original shipping fee

Any optional shipping upgrades
If an item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, it may be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
4. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, please contact us at support@lafashionloft.com with your order number.
Orders that have already been fulfilled or handed to the carrier cannot be canceled.
After delivery, customers may request a return following Section 1.
5. International Fulfillment
Some orders may ship from fulfillment partners located outside your country.
For such orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
